St Machaoi is said to have founded this site with St Patrick's blessing. Learn about the "daily grind" from the Early Christian monks who harnessed the sea to make their bread. This is part of the wider Lough Lively festival that celebrates evrything that is unique to Strangford Lough, Lecale and the Ards Peninsula.
